Bumper Bandit Gets Busted
As we know in the past several months there has been a large outburst of stolen bumpers in the town of Schnozville. Going into the store for a quick purchase come out, and your bumper is gone! Trying to get gas in a gas station, bumper gone! You parked you car in the drive way, bumper gone! These criminals were getting away with out a trace. Months of bumpers constantly getting stolen. Even mine got stolen while I was in the office. I reported it to the SVPD (Schnozville police department) and of course they were already on the case. The SVPD searched for weeks with no results, becoming more and more hopeless with each bumper missing. Until just a couple days ago a anonymous account on Schnozbay (a online shopping platform) was discovered with over over 700 car bumpers listed and over 500 sold bumpers. They did a search of this account and its history and found out that bumpers are the only thing this account had ever sold or even listed. They traced back the account to the location of the device and found out that it was owned by a Schnoz named Derald Kicker. When they found this man at his house they searched his house only to find nothing. But after interviewing Derald they discovered that he owned a warehouse under his name across town. When arriving at that location they searched it and found thousands of bumpers organized by brand of car and model. This was insane. Once I got word of it I drove over to the location and interviewed a Schnozville police officers and this is what they said… “This is the most wild thing I have ever seen in my 15 years of working for the SVPD.” “ I never thought I would be discovering a illegal bumper business.”
Which I have to agree with him. I would have never guessed for this to even be a possibility. But thankfully the SVPD said they will pay for all damages caused to cars. So thankfully we can all park our cars in public safely.
Joke of the week!
